Abstract | : | Steganography rates how powerful are its capabilities towards hiding and encrypting various kinds of data (Jpeg, Bmp, Gif, txt). Here steganography is done using Least Significant Bit technique. The human eye cannot identify even there is any change in the last fewer bits of the image. So an unauthorized person cannot access it. Hence the last bit of each RGB color byte of the image is rounded off and the ASCII value of the message is added to it. Next image transmission is done by using e-mail service. At the receiver terminal image decryption is done without any interruption. Image steganography exploits the limited power of the Human Visual System (HVS) in which any plain text, cipher text, other images or anything that can be embedded in a bit stream can be hidden in the image. |
