The Applications of Engineering Technology and Science (AETS) Journal is web site ("Site") is registered with the National Science Library (NSL). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions"). If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Site. AETS reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. Paper Registration Refund Policy
We do not provide any refund under any circumstance for any registered paper unless otherwise decided by AETS Managing Editor.

Systems Reliability
AETS aims to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to maintain saved information. However, due to technical failures, acts of God or routine maintenance, availability may be limited and/or information may be lost. AETS shall not be liable for lost information or non-availability of the services.
Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold AETS, its directors, officers, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and licensors harmless from and against any and all liability, losses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Site or Content.
Copied or plagiarized data
It is the responsibility of the author, for copied or plagiarized data. Author has to check the article with iThenticate plagiarism checker software for any plagiarized data before submitting to AETS. AETS does not hold responsibility for plagiarized data in articles. Such articles will be removed from AETS database without any notice. The author has to face the court charges. All disputes should be raised in courts, located in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.
Registration
The author has to register the article with AETS, by paying the registration fee, which will be intimated through email. Registration fee vary from time to time.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of INDIA & Government of Tamilnadu, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.
